Is that how you say it nowadays? I can't keep up.
Going on two weeks now, no word from Tonya. I can only assume they've received the application and are merrily shepherding it through the bureaucracy.
Or it's lining the bottom of someone's bird cage.
Those are the choices. Nothing in between.
She doesn't seem to be sparkling-ly competent or particularly caring.

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Some just make it very very difficult.
